Since joining CIMAC – Asset Management Company in 2017, he has been dedicated to helping individuals and cooperatives grow their wealth through sound investment strategies and financial education. Known for his engaging training style and practical approach to financial planning, Aque is passionate about empowering communities to make informed decisions and build a stronger financial future.

John Carlo A. Lacerna, CTA, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Xavier University, which he earned in 2010. He also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Cooperative Management from the Asian Institute of Management and earned the designation of Certified Technical Analyst (CTA). He currently serves as the overall incharge of the CLIMBS Share Capital Equity Investment Fund Corp. (CSCEIFC). Where he oversees portfolio construction, investment strategy, and risk management. His investment philosophy combines fundamental and technical disciplines to support prudent decision-making and promote long-term portfolio growth and capital preservation.

Krishna Mae R. Perang, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Liceo de Cagayan University, which she earned in 2024. She successfully passed the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination in 2025. Ms. Perang possesses a solid foundation in accounting and finance and is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and excellence in the discharge of her responsibilities.

Honey Queen S. Macana earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Xavier University–Ateneo de Cagayan in 2025. She is a Certified Bookkeeper and a Civil Service Professional passer, with a demonstrated competence in accounting, financial documentation, records management, and administrative support. Known for her diligence, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, Ms. Macana consistently delivers accurate and dependable work. She is committed to continuous professional growth and upholds the highest standards of integrity, excellence, and service, contributing to efficient operations, fostering teamwork, and supporting the overall success and long-term growth of the organization.

A graduate of BSED, Major in Mathematics, from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, she has been serving CLIMBS Investment Management and Advisory Corporation (CIMAC) for over eight (8) years and continues to contribute significantly to the organization.Throughout her tenure, she has held an assistant role supporting the organization’s financial operations by ensuring the accurate recording, reporting, and safeguarding of financial information, while maintaining compliance with established accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Known for her dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic, she continues to be a valuable member of the organization. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is also an active entrepreneur, demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and a commitment to continuous growth and development.

Trixia has been serving CIMAC since 2023. She previously worked as an Admin Officer in an auditing and accounting firm for five years, gaining solid experience in administrative support, financial documentation, and office coordination. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan. She also passed the Civil Service Examination in 2025. Known for her accuracy, professionalism, and strong organizational skills, she consistently supports efficient financial operations and contributes to workplace effectiveness while pursuing continuous professional growth.

Chyka earned her degree in Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology from Liceo de Cagayan University in 2018. She began her professional career in the same year with CIMAC as an Administrative and Accounting Staff, where she gained valuable experience in corporate operations, financial administration, and regulatory compliance. In 2025, she successfully passed the Civil Service Examination, further strengthening her commitment to professional excellence. Currently serving as Assistant Compliance Officer, she assists in ensuring compliance with the requirements of the BIR, SEC, and other regulatory agencies while supporting the organization’s governance and compliance initiatives.

Frenchelle Dawn B. Akut earned her degree in Business Administration major in Marketing from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan in 2019. She joined CLIMBS in 2020 and has since demonstrated dedication, adaptability, and a strong commitment to professional growth.
