2015

● November 2, 2015 – The CLIMBS Share Capital Equity Investment Fund Corporation (CSCEIFC) is organized and registered with the SEC.

● This fund becomes the primary investment vehicle that CIMAC will later manage.

2017

● May 19, 2017 – CIMAC is established as the investment manager, distributor, and administrator of the CLIMBS Share Capital Equity Investment Corporation.

● Created to provide investment management and advisory services.

● Climbs Share Capital Equity Investment Fund Corp.

2018

● Early operational years of the fund: 

○ Portfolio building using a growth-style investment strategy
○ Focus on PSE-listed and high-growth companies

● Financial reporting and expansion of investment activities.

2019 – 2022

● Strengthening of distribution channels nationwide

● Increased focus on cooperative investors and financial literacy

● Continued fund growth and market participation

2023

● CIMAC celebrates its 6th Anniversary, confirming establishment around 2017.

● Continued engagement in investment promotions and cooperative partnerships.

2025

● Our managed fund, CLIMBS Share Capital Equity Investment Fund Corporation (CSCEIFC), received an award for placing 3rd in the 1-Year Return – Equity Fund Category, as recognized by the Philippine Investment Funds Association (PIFA).This achievement reflects disciplined and strategic fund management, delivering strong performance despite challenging market conditions.
